EveryDay Good Eating is a non-profit organization that offers healthy eating and cooking classes with seasonal and local foods.  We love helping people who want to transition to a lifestyle of good-for-you eating.  We are confident that this journey will introduce you to the fun, deliciousness, friendship and insight that comes from adopting a new, whole food way of eating.

Through the New Kitchen Cooking School, we offer hands-on cooking classes, get-togethers and other unique programs for all ages, from kids and teens to young adults setting up a kitchen for the first time, and from busy parents to  empty nesters.  We all want the benefits of wholesome, delicious meals, so join us for some hands-on fun.  See our current classes. . . or contact us with a special request  

For Groups, Organizations and Businesses

We offer hands-on cooking classes, wellness fair demonstrations and lunch ‘n learns for employees, members and constituents.  Our programming compliments wellness programs, provides vital outreach to clients, and can serve as a unique team building experience.  Read more . . . or contact us with a special request.    

The Whole Kitchen Way®

What makes our classes and events unique is that they are based on the Whole Kitchen Way®, an integrated, holistic approach to everyday, wholesome meal making.  Through this rich, multidimensional system, participants learn to create a friendly, nurturing kitchen that supports easy and healthful cooking and eating, every day.  Read more.

Our Hope

We all have dreams of eating better. And three times a day, seven days a week, we are given an opportunity to make meals we feel good about eating.  Through our classes, we hope to empower you with the skills, knowledge, inspiration and energy to make those dreams come true.
